However, our services are a la carte, you pay as you go and there are no long-term contracts, so unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or any type of money back guarantee. We offer up to two rounds of revisions (excluding the Core Package), and require that feedback must be provided within 24 hours.

2. Our turnaround time is 72 hours for first video, from when we receive the actual product in our Los Angeles, California studio, not including weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for shipping delays.
