Your product can be donated or returned. If you need it returned, you must include a return label with the product, and you will incur a $50 handling fee for each product. We do not charge anything additional for a minimal grocery shopping run associated with the video. Limited ingredients such as veggies, meat, salt / pepper, oil, etc. we have easy access to in our fully stocked studio kitchen. Please ensure your food product is shipped on dry ice and during the weekday, if it requires to be frozen or refrigerated. Please ensure the box is labeled with clear handling instructions, so we can ensure it does not spoil.
